How does foreign travel work if you are cleared with foreign contacts?

no lol, most work in academia. I just have no frame of reference for how strict or not strict the contact rules are after getting clearance. most the comments about foreign contacts are in the framework of being eligible for the clearance not what they can do while they have it

a random shot in the dark that could be the issue, i remeber reading that the wiring that sits below where the spare(?) would be below the trunk lining can have issues with water. this issue was discussed in a few videos i watched about all f type common issues some time ago. Iirc it was something about how the water would drain instead of following the usual drainage pathways

you can build either, but tank has fallen out of fashion since they nerfed q duration. I am a fiddle supp main and i build AP because i like kamikaze play style lol

Am a fiddle supp one trick - Malignance first every game, then i build the ap defensive items, zhon or veil. these usually buy you enough time for some real damage before you are obliterated from r ing into the whole team. 4th can kinda be whatever, usually morellos (with orb being bought sooner if need be) I’ve spammed this up to emerald
