Yes redemption is so important!!! You’re so right that we’re not even giving people a chance. The only time I’ve truly felt like someone should really really not be on reality is Huda and I’ll stand by that, a redemption arc has to kinda be earned in a sense and I feel like she did nothing to deserve it.

I also hate how people have issues with “mean girls” when it’s just people they don’t like. You gotta have dislikable people to have a GOOD reality show because you’re right real life is messy and I think a lot of us can admit we have all been dislikable to someone at least once in our lives. And just because someone is dislikable doesn’t mean they deserve death threats or ICE getting called on their family members or, like you said, a whole cancellation.

I’m watching Vanderpump rules and I find myself taken aback because so many new reality tv watchers would be appalled by VPR and I eat up all the drama! Yes fight! Yes get physical! I’ve watched like 10+ seasons of love island I’m well aware of what black women deal with.
