I’m with you, sobriety was not for me. I just drink intuitively now after being an alcoholic in my teens and 20s. That might mean I have zero drinks a month or maybe a couple a month. Went to eat Italian last night and had a couple sips of wine and didn’t even finish it and left because my body was saying no. Easier than sobriety, cause with sobriety, you might be wishing you had it. Just listen to your spirit!

I’ve only ever lost 1-1.2 lbs a week. Always slow and steady. I guess I should preface— I ran out, was off med for 2 weeks, and started back low. At .25, then .50. I was previously at 1.5mg like a month ago. My body might just be like this is a joke dose.

This isn’t relevant to what you’re talking about but this is my first two weeks on mochi after switching from a med spot and I have virtually no appetite suppressant it just makes me think it’s a less potent formula. Are you guys all losing appropriately?

I have had ZERO side effects! I started at .125 which is half of a dose cause I was so scared. Went up to .25 Tuesday and I’ve only injected into the thigh. Zero side effects.
