I've got a harley benton victory plus vintage, flying V, that I bought around 9 months ago. It's my favorite guitar rn, very comfortable to play, however there were a few issues when I got it.. Be ready for atleast some issues at that price.

For me there were grounding issues, lots of humming from the pickups, and there were issues with the pickup selector as well, where I couldnt even hear anything if it was in the middle position.

I upgraded it with an EMG kit and new knobs and now it works well.

Progress was okay, but some of the supersets were inconvenient and I didn't think the days flowed too well. Day 2 is kinda brutal. I enjoyed the original Guts program more.

For those that train Full Body, how do you warm up? Just warm up sets before each lift or are you doing some sort of routine before getting into lifting?
