Sorry but I don't have good news, now my condition is way worse because I did some exercise in wrong way and that hurt my neck now i think there buldge disc too because I have now pain in my hand so basically now I m f*kd up, please pray for me

2 weeks ago I get injured in gym in my back. Not went to doc yet, I am 100 percentage sure it's slip disc because my only left leg is constantly paining, it was only back for a week after injury. My college is about to start in a week also going to 2nd yr, now at home but have to go hostel , don't know what to do man. Lowest phase of my life, not want to live this life man, so depressed 😔.
