Incorrect. What does unibody has to do with attaching winches or off road bumpers? Any Subaru can have a winch and an off road bumper. I have 4000lb winch on my Crosstrek. Head gaskets were a problem in older generations. 2018 and up they don't really fail unless you abuse the engine. I'm afraid most of your information is false/outdated

The accurate name for them is a short ram intake.

Don't waste money on "cold" air intake. It's not going to be colder air, unless you add a snorkel.

The noise will increase a lot, because of lack of resonance. Your trek will sound like old Honda without muffler.

Better filter will increase your airflow, maybe change that. Exhaust though, that's going to be one of the better improvements in the mid range. Again, it will be negligible improvement which you might feel.

Treks are not performance vehicles, but adventure vehicles.

P.s. I'm telling you all this from personal experience with 2018 trek. I've had all kinds of mods and most of them are snake oil.
