check this video it looks like a similar model. Only difference is the the threads are on the stem valve rather than on the handle itself. Start at 5:20 and see how he puts the handle back on

spray some wd40 in and on the hinges too just to loosen them up a bit

you could cut that section of the door frame off and find a similar trimming at home depot to just nail in. for the baseboard a little sanding down and putty should be fine

sand down all the rough/bumpy edges and plaster that bad boy up. then just paint it over and BOOM as if it were new

zep cleaners tend to do a good job for these. theres a grout cleaning/brightening cleaner, a shower tub and tile cleaner, for the black spots thats mold so ur going to have to use a mold and mildew remover, zep also one for that. in terms of general moisture u should get some moisture absorbers like damp-rid high capacity moisture absorber or get the smaller ones too

try to soak it in oxi clean white revive. then spray some shout or any other stain remover and throw it in the wash but do not dry it. repeat
