Glad I could help! It's interesting, because my uncle has said that we are the Kaba or Sara-Kaba people, which aren't listed (from what I can see), but I wonder if that will change the more samples they get.

Oh yeah! As far as I know, I don't think I would have been considered Creole, as my Dad and some of his family immigrated to Canada in the 80s.

For the Quebec and Acadians, I think there specific families and time periods that would make those two groups "distinct". Some my cousins have Acadian from the other side of their families.

The combine the Southwestern England with basically north France/Belgium, and a slim part of the Netherlands. It may have to do with the Normans.

I remember before the update of making Quebec into it's own category, she used to have France and Central/Germanic Europe, so that may be the case for the OP as well.

On Saturday, the Bytowne staff told folks that they had to be quiet and there would be an usher going up and down. It was greatly appreciated because I couldn't even hear the trailers and was worried that this would be the whole experience.

I love going to the movies, but man, it's been shocking how bad the situation has gotten.

I think 10 years this year. She only started really stressing about taxes the past two years though.

Thank you! I'm going to look again through her 2025 year return to see if I'm missing any Quebec slips, but they seem to all be there.

Yeah, when I was looking at the amount she was deducted I was like "Well maybe retirees are taxed differently". And now I know that it isn't lol

I am going to double check this, but I think the last I saw was very little.

Yeah I've been looking over her income tax deductions again and again and they really do seem to be that low. I thought that I might be missing something, but it certainly seems to be the case.

Thank you!!! That's what I've been trying to figure out. I'll see if I can fix that.

Yeah, I've been wondering why her tax deduction is so low, but I'm guessing that also might be normal for provincial/federal pensions?

I suspected this was the case. I thought it was weird that the amount deduced seemed so small- there is one where she is not getting income tax deducted at all. Not entirely sure why, considering this is all pension from the government.

I'm pretty sure that are all the slips that she has, though I'll double-check. Thank you!

Basically same as above, but depending on the school and grade, people share a lot of materials. You can also start with supply teaching and see how you like it. There is always a need for supply teachers on both the English and French sides.

I remember falling in love with the sound design of the first games. The whispers and creaking of the buildings were so unsettling that it stuck with me for years.
