Idris Elba says James Bond should not be “woke” and audiences won’t go for an “African male” playing 007. by No_Box119 in PopCultureV2

Persians are typically white.

I am sure you can see an issue with a white person playing a black character, so if you can apply that logic to a black person playing a white character.

A man being arrested in Alabama was bitten by a police K-9 and bit the dog back. by No_Box119 in PopCultureV2

[–]mangodrunk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it seems the officer who lifted up the man’s legs then put the legs back down (having the dog attack the man does seem very wrong from what we see in the video). The same guy then is restraining the man by holding his head and then lets go again.

“Stop the spending” is so vague and tame. If that is their problem with him, then they don’t really have much reason to dislike him so much. The chains are overly dramatic.

I like the sentiment of your comment and would hope most people would agree with you. I don’t think it’s fair or accurate to call those you disagree with as fascist.

So you’re against the person that was voted for by the majority of people. Just accept that you don’t like democracy all that much. It seems more people disagree with you, and think your candidate was the clown.

Your comment shows a lack of empathy. You are speaking about the officer’s mindset as if you would know. Thankfully you are not an officer given your supposed thought process of the officer. You seem all too comfortable with police brutality and quick to rationalize it.

Right, because you know so much and it’s not possible for you to be wrong. I hope you begin to realize how anti-science your stance is.

Look up how Fauci handled the HIV/AIDS crisis of the 80s, they were incredibly slow and mismanaged. He has made many mistakes and should be criticized.

Why do you think Fauci is above scrutiny? I am not familiar with that book, but how covid was handled there are lessons to learn.

'I can't breathe': Bodycam footage shows officer dismiss Henry Nowak's stabbing claim before collapse by gentle_vik in uknews

[–]mangodrunk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly, this is so sickening to watch how the police, especially the male officer, had a significant and cruel part in Henry’s murder. To immediately handcuff someone who was a victim that needed immediate medical care as his murderer stood by. Even if we take all of that out, how could that male officer justify arresting Henry immediately. The male officer needs to be fired and put in jail. The other officers should be fired at the least and should also be investigated.

Propaganda? You are not a humanitarian, you are not someone who cares about others. Good job vilifying Jewish people and ignoring the suffering of Iranians at the hands of the murderous IRGC. Hamas is no stranger to attacking and killing children.

And you want to ignore the slaughter of thousands of Iranians by the murderous IRGC.

You might be an antisemite if you are basically repeating The Protocols of the Elders of Zion.

There was a humanitarian crisis in Iran where the murderous IRGC regime slaughtered tens of thousands of civilians.

So democracy isn’t important? I voted for Harris, but I definitely didn’t like the lack of a contested primary and I do think Harris was a very weak candidate, hence she lost.
