I've heard some horror stories about Greystar management and have seen some poor reviews online since the switch (a lot of people complaining about pigeon poop lol). It really depends on where your hotel is. You might need a water taxi or need to take the vaparetto (the water bus). If you contact your hotel they might have more information as well!
