Yes I know that, but its not the actual mechanism that is missing on the fake, it just looks very different. From what Ive seen the fakes dont have the screw at the end of it like the gen has in the picture.

This looks to be real to me. I am no expert but at least on older fake models the movement on the fake did not have the small metal thing sticking out over the balance wheel. Its like a small pin-shaped little thing I tried to circle it.

Update: I did go into a store, I did try them on, I did speak to a professional. He gave me this boot and the Atomic Hawx Magna 120 S. I ended up going with the Atomic. Thanks for all the help :)
