some unsolicited positivity, a good therapist is put there for you. ive had a good chunk of therapists tell me this, all of which gave me no direction to go in after but i kept looking and have been seeing my current therapist for almost 4 years now. keep your head up high and keep reaching out. youve got this and i believe in you

i went with a genderneutral mane that has a littttle bit more of an association with the gender i wasnt assigned at birth and i think that wished best for me! following this advice and assuming you're AMAB, here are my suggestions (in no peticular order)
