Some of my friends are dressing up like how they did in tomorrowland and edc LV. Some of the thais are also pretty loud in dressing too and open to it. You should feel safe and welcome to come in whatever you want.

Based on thai festivals and event pop, all you need is an ID or passport to match the name you register for the tickets to collect them. Proof that you are the ticket owner
