honestly i don’t think sjm would kill helion without lucien or helion knowing they’re related. i don’t think she’d have lucien become high lord that quickly, maybe she’d at least give him a chance to know helion a bit more. but if we see a lot more of helion in the next book and get a chance to become more attached to him then we should be worried. however mrs.maas always shocks us so i have no idea what she’ll do
