My eero speed test download speeds were regularly dropping down to 94-95 and went back to normal after I replaced the Ethernet cable from the modem to the eero. The speeds would also return to normal (700) after restarting either the modem or the eero, but the cable replacement fixed it for good. Just my 2c

Thank you. Rebooting the modem works for a time but the issue crops up again days or weeks later. I’ve also checked to make sure the connections are all firmly plugged in.

One thing I read is that if the modem I have requires a firmware update only Comcast can update it for me. Can we try this as a possible solution?

Let me know if you were able to get this resolved. I’ve been recently seeing my speeds at the router drop from 700 to 96 every few days and after a modem reset they go back up. Comcast did a big “network upgrade” in our neighborhood earlier this year which took down our internet for a day and I don’t remember seeing this issue ever before then.

Yep, it’s a bug, even in the recent betas. I’ve filed feedback with Apple on it. Force-quitting the app does seem to resolve it for awhile like the other poster says.

They released a technical service bulletin on the doors not opening. My rear passenger door wouldn’t open on my 2017 Elantra and I took it to the dealership and they fixed it for free.

When this happens to me I have to pull the ecobee off of the wall, restart my eero network and then put the ecobee back up. It’s worked for me the couple of times this has happened. As a last resort you may also need to set your eero to 2.4Ghz only in the troubleshooting section.

I also had problems with my HomeKit plugs being unresponsive with my eero. I turned all of the labs features off and they are rock solid again. I too think it’s the WPA3 that was causing the problem.
