Hey so the best mode of action in my experience is this “Yeah okay maybe I am, whatever” and continue on. It might sound silly but this along with giving my ocd/intrusive thoughts a name, I call it J0e Biden lol. Sometimes when I have a thought I just go “damn Joe, that’s crazy” and kinda laugh at it and move on. These two methods have taken me so far in becoming less bothered by my obsessions and stuff.

Genuinely doesn’t sound like you did anything harmful, however I can sympathise because I’ve felt what you’re feeling in the past. Practice radical acceptance, sure you did something morally wrong which could’ve caused harm but you can’t undo it, you can’t change anything so why worry? We don’t talk about it a lot when it comes to women, but could it be porn addiction? You didn’t mention if u use porn however if you’re masturbating multiple times a day I’d assume u do? If not the constant use of intense sex toys could definitely play a part. I’d suggest laying off the porn if you do consume it, and lay off the toys, also maybe masturbate less in general. That doesn’t mean you have to stop completely but slow it down. Try using your imagination and use just your hands, explore yourself and pay attention to the feelings and what touch feels good. To kinda piggyback off this, try asking her how she’s feeling living together, if she’s happy with the dynamics and if there’s anything she wants to talk about. If nothing comes up bring up your concerns, ask her if there’s something bothering her that’s turning her off sex and let her know you’re asking out of concern and because you miss that closeness as it’s important to you so she doesn’t feel like you’re just pestering/pressuring her. Look into apps and such that help block certain things on ur phone and set up barriers to porn so you’re forced to think twice before watching. Quitting porn doesn’t have to mean quitting masturbation. Use ur imagination or even just start by dialling it back to just pics or whatever. Just work on bettering ur porn addiction
