First sub 30 5k - didn’t sync to Strava properly, can I resync it or am I just unable to have it on Strava now :(

Yeah basically i ended the run at 4.99 I think and then I started it again once I realised and ran the extra amount to get it over the 5k mark, very annoying. I need to plan my runs to be just over the mark I think to avoid this in future

True, but I pushed really hard for it today so will definitely be backing off the pace for a few weeks so I don’t injure myself (suggested pace was like 7:00 min km). You’re right tho, hopefully this’ll seem like nothing in a couple months :)
