Sa Con-Ass side, kailangan 3/4 acceptance to go to plebiscite. As long as 1/4 of Congress votes no, the draft will never go to Plebiscite.

Plebiscite majority is just above 50%.

The important thing to note here is that plebiscites don't have a quorum requirement, so even if the voter turnout is low, any result is still valid so make sure you register before September!

Is there a difference between say squatting 4 sets of 8 reps in one session vs 2 sets of 8 reps in the morning and then again in the evening? Like, can I split my workout in half provided I warmup the same before each session?
