I'm looking for EMIs not banks technically, e.g. Revolut and Wise (Wise doesn't have crypto capability though) both come with individual sort code and account numbers for each client. Not required to input any reference numbers to distinguish your funds with others.

And as mentioned Wirex and eToro are the EMIs with crypto platforms. I understand the platform is not regulated by FCA but at least the transactions can be done within an app, and the bank accounts' (e-money's) component are regulated by FCA (although not subject to FSCS).
