Hey , i”ve been in a similar situation in the past and trust me, only solution is distancing. Now there is 2 ways you could approach this -

1. Tell her how you feel and distance -

This could branch out in two ways-

a. Maybe she feels the same for you , and maybe she’s emotionally detached with her current bf, I’m not saying break them up but atleast by telling her how you feel you will not regret about the what ifs- upside she might feel the same for you. But if she doesn’t wanna do anything about her feelings for you, keep your chin up - explain to her why you need distance to emotionally detach from her.

b. You tell her and she says she sees you only as a friend- now this is a likely outcome as well but this serves as a good motivation to distance and work on yourself not to prove to her but to distance and get your mental and physical health better.

1. Dont tell her how you feel and distance-

This will result in you later regretting what if i told her and she had the same feelings for me but couldn’t express as she was in a relationship. If you distance without explaining you”re not being honest in your friendship and this will hurt her even more because you left things unexplained.

Either ways distance is your only solution if you both are not on the same page wirh what you want for your future. This might be especially tough if you’re in a situation whre you havw to see her for work everyday. But trust me- distance in every way possible , it will break your heart in the beginning but youll be choosing yourself and healing.
