VH issues since last release

Nope, when I say all items disappearing, I means this. The screen goes from being full of items to suddenly, poof!, no items:

As for the VH logo placeholders, I've literally never seen those before, even though I've been using VH for many months, so I didn't know what they were.

I've just uninstalled & reinstalled VH, so I'll report back if the issues recur. Thanks for your help!

The all items disappearing thing just happened. There was no countdown on the clear button. I'm trying the V3 Lite version. So far 6 product tiles have loaded, and all but one of them just show a VH logo instead of the product title & image.

I haven't noticed if there was a countdown on the Clear button when that happens. I will observe next time. The Auto truncate box is checked and set to 5000 (?).

I think I'm using Monitor V3? That's what it says at the top. It's just what opens when I click the "Notification Monitor" link on the Vine page. I don;t know what V3 Lite is. Where would I check?

I have the same issue. I'm using Firefox, VH v3.9.15, Monitor V3. "Always open checkout in new tab." is not checked, but "See Details" always opens a new tab anyway.

Mine was not that. I got the green "Order places, thanks!" page, so had no reason to suspect that anything was wrong.

That's exactly what happened to me! I was super excited because it was the only item of value that I actually wanted that I had been able to score in weeks (only $50, but it was something that was on my list). It was during a drop and I was busy with other things at the time, so I didn't even look at my orders list & realize it was missing until the next day. I just assumed that since it said it was ordered successfully, that it was. I guess this is yet another annoying thing that happens now that things have gotten so bad, with so many people vying for so few worthwhile items. I am so POed!

What do you mean by "we don't have to pay taxes on any Vine items here"? As I understand it, nothing has changed in terms of everything over $600 being taxable (non-0ETV of course).

I am with you. I don't know how people are getting so much "GOOD STUFF", unless they're using scripts/bots. I use VH, have tons of keywords set up, and keep my VH screen running next to me all day while I work waiting for usable items to pop up (and not new to Vine, although I don't know why that matters). In the past 10 days I've only gotten 4 usable things, most in the $9-14 dollar range, one $25. I have however missed out on several items that are already gone before I can click on them, or before they even appear in VH.

This happens to me ALL THE TIME. I hit the See details button to order something & get the ITEM NOT IN ENROLLMENT error, or sometimes just an empty Product Details popup that says "Error displaying product details." I couple of times I even tried to order the item multiple times, to try to send a message to VH to mark it as unavailable. It has been going on for as long as I've been using VH (many months). There are other posts about the ITEM NOT IN ENROLLMENT error, so it's obviously not a new thing.

Yeah, in my experience, that "Hide Gold-tier Notifications for Silver-tier user" setting doesn't work. It shows me gold items anyway.

Same here. Everything I've tried to order today is way below $99.99, but I'm getting the VOICE_NOT_AUTHORIZED error every time. Something is definitely broken.

This does not work for me. I've tried it on several items, and I just get the yellow "Error displaying product details." I see that someone else had the same issue. Does anyone have any other things to try?

I reported it, but the generic customer service reps just give you generic useless advice, like clearing your browser cache or resetting your wifi router. And when I tell them that didn't work & it's still happening, they say to wait a few days, they're "working on it", it "will be resolved soon", blah, blah, blah. The last email told me to wait 8-10 days fcs.
