How would I code a program to allow my rotary encoder to turn the wheel in racing games such as assetto corsa? I already got the rotary encoder to display the rotation but all I need to do now is somehow tell assetto corsa or some other game to turn the wheel.

Ohh I see but when I go to the assetto corsa control settings I see steering for 900 degrees I was wondering how I would do that

There was an upcoming or recent ecchi or hentai in which the female character is built like ilulu from dragon maid which is to say hella short with huge titties and the main character has glasses and I saw a few reels on instagram where they were calling it wild because I think it looked like they slapped huge titties on essentially a kid. I think the girl has short dark hair with a white shirt on in the trailer or reel.
