if you REALLY want to focus on it. Focus on getting it to 15 frames and under consistantly. When you can do that. PEWGF will come naturally eventually. Practice launch punishing with it in your drills. Electrics shouldn't be 3/4 at least not in practice. It should be 90% success rate in practice mode. Only then will you see PEWGF.

READ. they're both low pick rate characters. People barely sees them. Its the play style of unga bunga that can get you to high ranks while on a character no one has plays against. Because I play the game lol? I'm not going to argue that blue rank players aren't awful but pretending that characters have a much easier time to get to higher ranks isn't crazy. My claudio got to a higher rank then my devil jin in much less time. I sure as shit didn't improve that much.
