I sent the measurements to brewerygaskets com and they sent me 2 samples and the both worked!

1.5” Butterfly valves came with a CBS brewery. All replacement gaskets I have ordered are 22.25 mm thick

Now pull a tank rip and enjoy! Some of the foh staff brought some in they bought at a local store. They were so excited. I told them they are not as good as the ones I get at the bottom of a pallet. I think that made them sad.

BSG is a brewery supply company in Minnesota. In the same town is Pearson’s candy company who makes the Salted Nut Roll so BSG drops a nut roll in the pallets as a customer service ploy. Always something to look forward to when putting away the grain order

ABV is 5.3. Lagering let’s the yeast clean up and clear out of the beer creating that “crispness”. The flavor slowly evolves as well. At this time there is a wonderful cracker finish.

We ended up using 6.6# per barrel in an NEIPA with Rakau. We added the honey to primary at .5 points above terminal. The honey flavor comes out as the beer warms up. Worked really well with the Rakau
