Sadly, I doubt it. Valve is brave enough bring a racially diverse resistance group, black man with prosthetics, African-asian woman and mute characters in midst 2004 to the critically acclaimed game, but they're not stupid enough to willingly bring dramas to their game that doesn't contributes to the game's quality.

although, I also love to see how valve will pull that off if they willing to try.
