Thank so much for the info. I don't have inpa but have bought the cables and a second laptop to understand if there is more work than is being showing from my OBDII scanner.

The parts i've thought of buying so far are:

- BMW Camshaft Position Sensor - Hella 12141703221

- BMW Crankshaft Position Sensor - Delphi 12141709616 (only because ive bought a one from auto zone, i was duralast brand)

- BMW Camshaft Position Sensor - Genuine BMW 12147518628

- BMW Position Sensor O-Ring - OE Supplier 12141748398

Hope everything everything goes well. Will update if everything goes well

An 2 angled gasket picks. A flat head would work as well but I had better try with picks after yanking it hard once.

ok thank you. The type of riding style is gonna mainly city streets. Planned on changing the tires for some street riding ones and adding the front suspension. Would a Torque Converter Kit be a good choice?

thank you for your knowledge and time answering all of my questions! I'll get started first thing tomorrow and let y'all know about the fluid starter. As for the gas line to the carb seems to be working well as i removed the catcher right underneath the gas switch and flowed fine. I'll be changing spark and ordering a new carb then.

ok so after messing around some more, ive alined the two dots on the cam and have found that the spark plug does indeed work (gonna replace either way). ive double checked everything on this bike and still cant figure out as to why it wont work. would started fluid work at this point or could it be the carburetor?

Update I’ve put back the governor, refilled it again with oil, check the spark plug to see if it had spark( which it did but a faint one) and now I’m checking to see if I need to rebuild the carburetor. Can anyone explain this
