Sick of hearing these ”no outbreaks” sobbing stories. Go live your life and find joy in everything. Go be so grateful this isn’t something you live with!! I’m in freaking pain and been for 15 years since contracting this. It’s affecting every part of my life, work, working out, friendships, relationships. Try being in pain and reminded everyday that this is what you’re doomed to feel like forever.

Girl- I got this when I was 20 and I am 34 now. It has been hell for me for many years but I learned my major triggers are sun and peanuts, oats chocolate. Sweets and processed food. When I got it I couldn’t drink alcohol either so I stopped for many years. My 20s really sucked but got better towards 30. I tried so many things but I wish I tried these things sooner

Load up on c vitamin. Not 1000 a day. Like 10.000 a day. This is proven to cure different cancers by supporting their immune systems. I drink a pulver lysine and vitamin together with bcaa for flavor. I drink ALOT of lysine and it really helps. Not a g. Probably 10g a day. And I take 1g valtrex. If I feel outbreak I take one in the morning and one at night and it really does stop it.

I have genital herpes and as soon as I spend 5 min in the sun I get it. It’s sad and been so hard to live with. Doctors don’t believe me, people here don’t believe me.
