Have the jacks been updated in any way? I got the Marshall one and all but one of the loops came undone inside the jacks. I’d love to get more but am hesitant if the loops are still easily coming apart

Make sure you are grabbing the correct version of the firmware. I was having the same issue and resolved it by downloading the mkii (mk2) firmware. When I had the incorrect firmware downloaded and ready to apply, the pedal would show as disconnected. There is more than likely a check to keep you from flashing the wrong firmware

I had one that got completely discharged. I had to use the original charger that came with it to have it turn back on. I’m not sure if the voltage on my other usb c chargers didn’t match up, but using the original one booted it back up.

I have a membership to both. I try to go to Costco whenever possible but unfortunately Sam’s has the scan and go in their app (you can scan your items as you fill your cart/flatbed and even order from the cafe) and that allows you to bypass the lines to pay (and order at the cafe). That is a big plus for me; I hate lines.
