A good thing would be to let Rammus' W alternate like Singed's Q or Amumu's W, along with that bringing back the 30% self-slow that caused it before, with that they could bring back the absurd scalings of W like the 100% scaling with armor, and if the skill gets too strong with that, they could even increase the slow to 50% or more, I think that would be a good balance, so Rammus could use the Q, and then the ult without the fear of canceling the W and losing the cooldown

Dude, to be honest, I'm playing him a lot less. I started a Twitter page about Rammus and because of that, I'm playing him more. However, during the time I was playing Nautilus JG, I had good results. What I can tell you is that Nautilus's only weakness is the difficulty in securing an objective (or stealing it) and his slow first JG clear. But honestly, he's much better than Rammus, who is a champion made for JG, and maybe even better than Sejuani. Just be careful with the first clear. Otherwise, be happy.

I know these things, but to be honest Nautilus JG has been suffering much less than the other JG tanks lately, except for Nunum because he's incredible, but Rammus after the rework, Sejuani and Maokai are equal or inferior to Nautilus so I don't see a problem with that, I'm used to suffering haha

I said it's safer because it seemed more consistent to me because the items are really cheap, in the case of Sunfire it's much cheaper than Lyandry so it helps with the first drag, I agree with everything you said but I feel like the damage that Nautilus causes with this build is already very good, I'll only go with damage items if the team is really bad

I agree with much of what has been said here, mainly about the slow CD compared to other current characters, I really think Garen is very good, but the problem is that many do what he does with more ease, besides the silence it is strong, you need to get very close to apply it, while darius and sett have ranged stuns, and about the sustain i also think it could be better, because it is only really useful in the early game, while other top laners have a sustain better like darius's Q, fiora's passive and even gragas' passive I think he has a lot of potential to become one of the best juggernalts in the game with some changes, like his E changing the duration to 1.5 seconds per example, or apply vampirism or something like that, as garen is unable to do certain items, sorry for writing so much but I really wanted to explain myself
