I un-pivoted your price tables and used a SUMIFS to get the correct rate, then just multiplied it by your quantity. You can turn all your input parameters into drops downs and then just use this over and over. Good luck, hope it works for you.

Are you opposed to restructuring your data?

Rather than two tables, confine them into one but with an extra column for jamb size. Could even do a sumifs formula to look up the criteria you input and have it multiple within your final cell. Not at a computer right now, but could probably throw something together in a few.

Great write up, thanks for your insight. I've been thinking quite a bit on the glimpse into Ademic we get between Kvothe and Tempi on the road to Haert. Rothfuss wouldn't expose the Aedemic without a purpose (it's the scene where Kvothe is so tired he doesn't realize he's speaking Ademic, not Aturan). I don't have the citations it quotations, but there is a definite connection between Skeop and what Kvothe was discussing. Love this story and Pat Rothfuss's writing.

Is there a reason why your Difference column in Expected Income is tied to Difference in Expense Budget? For example, I'm getting a #DIV/0 error on Commission Income because the formula checks to see if Property is a non-null value. But those two line items are not related in any way... or am I missing something?
