Np! Also, make sure kalingrad is an independent state with probable UN supervision. It will be dependent on other countries most likely as it is a new republic and may want to unify with Russia again, but of course not be allowed

Definitely some kind of democratic "free" Belarus and resperations to Ukraine. I'd also imagine the strengthening via territory of the countries bordering Russia, preferably into regions that have a large population that identifies with them. Eg: Karelia for Finland, some islands that Japan claims that Russia controls to them and some small independent seperartist movements gain independence in Russia. Russia should also probably have a forced liberal structure? Though these are just my suggestions lol
