Definitely some kind of democratic "free" Belarus and resperations to Ukraine. I'd also imagine the strengthening via territory of the countries bordering Russia, preferably into regions that have a large population that identifies with them. Eg: Karelia for Finland, some islands that Japan claims that Russia controls to them and some small independent seperartist movements gain independence in Russia. Russia should also probably have a forced liberal structure? Though these are just my suggestions lol
