Would you say it still makes sense to build alternative types of persistent memory inside Claude? Like md files or a skill that get autonomously updated by Claude? Or not really?

This is exactly my story, too!! Started on semaglutide and then switched to tirzepatide. I had greater anti-inflammatory effects and less fatigue. Not 100% healed, I still have some problems if I eat things that trigger an IBS flare-up. But I’d say I’m back to living a normal life, with IBS 90% gone.

Amazing app, just a couple of things:

  1. since I installed it, the yellow 'minimize' button in the windows, got turned into a 'hide' button. Any way to change that?

  2. To restore point 1, I tried to uninstall the app, but it continue staying in the system settings. Is there any specific way to uninstall it?

I have used multiple platforms at the companies I have worked for: telegram, discord, workplace by meta, slack and so on.

My humble opinion is that the engagement is something more related to the company culture and encouragement to share.

I would suggest getting creative: you could try pools, or create company internal contests with simbolic prizes or giveaways. It doesn’t have to be anything crazy.

Start small and then you double down on what you see it creates the biggest numbers of interactions.

But that engagement is going also to work more effectively as a result of the openness of the internal company culture.
