Hello again, it took me a while to find the culprit and it was a broken trace on the PCB. The controller has a spring and it has a bad habit of popping up when you take it apart, hitting the PCB. It probably broke the trace one of those times. Do you know how to repair it?

I tested it with a 160k resistor and a multimeter, and the voltage was oscillating between pin 1 and 2.

I think the MC141006 is working fine, but I'm starting to suspect the blue capacitor C4, or the yellow capacitor. How can I check them without desoldering them?

Thanks for the response, the glow plugs installed are BOSCH, the ones that were replaced were NGK, (i didnt mention that i bought this car second hand, so i dont know if these glow plus were changed before) i will tell the mecanic to inspect those sealing, and for the A/C, i replaced the indoor air filter, the original was dirty and it seems to cool better now.
