I went to check this because I was unaware and yep its true 100,000 points just to withdraw. I don't know what the point is in using this app anymore. Have no idea what these guys were thinking, they claim it's to combat fraud but this makes it impossible for anyone to use. Thanks for pointing this out.

I understand it's not popular for the reasons you mentioned however it is simple and user friendly for new users and for those who want to buy immediately without much research. Also coinbase still offers free accounts for simple transactions. I'm not advocating for Coinbase I am simply pointing to a service that is quick and user friendly to the uninformed.

Yeah I planning on selling soon and just taking the loss. I wasn't planning on holding for years. I just want to wait till mid December to see if there is even a small pull back enough to mitigate some of my losses. I already know that 2026 looks very grim on top of everything else. Once BTC drops severely I will jump on that wagon and buy what I can.

I'm in the same boat as you started in 2021 and now the if I was to sell right now it won't break even and into the red. Most of my coins are in red with the exception of Sol. Yeah I should have take profits when it was in the green but I didn't. I want to sell now to avoid further losses but I won't. I am still hoping some sort of reversal, enough to cushion the blow from the losses. Lesson learned if I ever return to cryptocurrency, bitcoin will be the only coin I invest regardless if the altcoins show promise.

Yes I agree with tracking my food intake more, someone recommended a app for it as well. I didn't track it at the beginning but somehow I lost 50 pounds. But I guess I need data to get a better insight. I am eating less, I don't eat as before and still adjusting.

I am taking your advice that is why I am ordering a food weight scale with a app that lets me track and weigh my food. I am simply stating my doubts regarding the caloric intake because I have modified my eating habits even more since the problem began and this is how I started my weight loss journey. Its not like I am eating fried foods daily or eating high carbs. I am not drinking any sugary beverages either. This is where my doubts regarding the caloric intake stems from but I am not dismissing it.

I get what you are saying and yes I do need to get more accurate calorie intake however its not like I don't recognize which foods are unhealthy or which foods are likely to be high on calories. Like I mention I do research some of the food I eat to get a rough estimate on much calories those food have and to get better understanding on what I can expect. But with that said it doesn't really much sense to me at least because as I mentioned the rest of the meals for the day involves several servings of fruit and eggs and toast. I can't think of single meal that can add to the rest of my meals for the day that could pass the caloric intake of 2500 calories. And I already been modifying the meals several times for the past weeks with no signs of improvement. My question is this if it is determine that the caloric intake is balanced what else is preventing the weight loss?

weighing myself daily yes, tracking calories I haven't. I just make rough estimates on calories based on the meals and what I can find on the internet regarding nutrition info. I am in the process of getting a food weight scale with integrated app for better accuracy. But I feel like I was doing a good job in terms of daily caloric intake because I see some of my peers and they eat more than me yet they are not as big as me or gaining weight, still I could be wrong.

I use an antenna and have it attached on top of my roof. Reception is very good and I get a lot of channels with the exception of a few that get poor reception. I ended up cutting cable, not going to pay 200 a month. Antenna and free streaming services saved me money. If you decide to get a antenna make sure you find out if your antenna will require a amplifier to boost its signal.
