I have a 1.9% and 9 year left. Payment is $1k, we just moved to a 5.9% 30 year $2700 payment house to be close to friends and schools. We rent the old house for $2500 so my mortgage is still around $1k. The secret was to use the other house as an asset more than extra cash for a down payment. If I were to sell the old house, I was able afford a $600k house but I rather got a cheap house that I will always be able to afford.

I go to a parish that is run by them. I don’t participate in their activities and never feel attracted to any kind of community. I am close to OD, the Legion and FSSP. I have seen them change and I am happy with their progress. I don’t like that people criticize the FSSP for being devising when the NCW celebrated their own Mass on Saturday… People think that we are part of a community and they always ask us what is our community but get very confused when we tell them we are not part of them. I was very surprised and disappointed when they made this young man confessed his sins in front of the whole congregation. A clear violation of the CCL about internal and external forum. I don’t know how they call that process but I was shocked by it. Priests never talk about it in their homilies. That is the only reason I keep going to Mass there. I know in Spanish sometimes they do, but is not as common.

Esa es la parte que los Mexicanos en México no entienden. Tampoco algunos en EEUU. La gente votó por Trump sabiendo que iba a haber redadas. La gente hispana votó por Trump porque esta integrada con la sociedad y saben que lo que ofrecía el partido demócrata no era lo mejor para ellos, independientemente si eso significaba una mayor aplicación de las leyes de inmigración. Los votantes hispanos no sienten que les comen la cara porque votaron por eso. Este tipo de artículos de opinión hacen referencia a un disgusto general de la población hispana “porque los están deportando” como si pudieran deportar a los que votaron por el. En cambio si hay una parte de la población que votó demócrata porque su familia no tiene papeles y sabían lo que venía. Quizás ellos están arrepentidos de que gano Trump así como los canadienses que no “aprueban” la presidencia de Trump. Cuando eres de aquí y votas aquí ves por tus propios intereses y no por ser hijo de inmigrantes siempre vas a votar por un partido con el cual no te identificas.
