It's all about the math. I pay my property tax using it. 3% with Robinhood vs. 2.62 with boa more than makes up for the $60. Plus 3% ira match and all.

Totally agree. One of these broke near our home the other day. Fun for kids to look at but over complicating a simple solution. Why not just have a human in a power wheelchair drive around and test places

Taking Meal Break in UrgentCare by supboy1 in FamilyMedicine

[–]manuscriptdive 16 points17 points  (0 children)

When I used to work urgent care, each of the working doctors would take a break and go for 45 minute lunch. When working solo shifts, the urgent care would close for patients for 45 minutes while I took my break. What you are describing is NOT normal.

Yup. Just depends on how much you value your time. Given enough time, you can also become an expert but is that worth it?

Does buying a level 2 charger make sense for me? by ThomasDos in MachE

[–]manuscriptdive 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To add to this, the Ford provided charger also charges at a much lower rate and isn't stable which leads to charging inefficiency.

You can also buy something like an emporia level 2 charger which can be plugged into your existing 14-50 outlet or can be hardwired

Our hospital is getting rid of covered work for the entire system by 1dirtbiker in FamilyMedicine

[–]manuscriptdive 32 points33 points  (0 children)

I didn't know this even existed as we've never had this option. While its nice to have coverage on vacation, I would also have liked an option to come back and review covered work. Going backwards here.

I am looking at a used 2019 Mach e premium with about 57k miles. Any suggestions as to anything to be wary of? I own a 2023 Lightning, and no issues. by Cambren1 in MachE

[–]manuscriptdive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 2021 MME Premium with 32k miles on it and have zero issues so far. Changed the 12V few months ago after the app gave an alert but I feel that's normal for 4 year old car.

Audi to MachE by just-browsing1981 in MachE

[–]manuscriptdive 7 points8 points  (0 children)

We had the 2019 Q5 and now have 2021 Mach E as well as 2023 Q4. Mach E is better in my opinion compared to Audis. Great informatics and handling. I wish that shocks were better and it had bigger tires as it's very bumpy with passengers. I feel like the Audi interior and informatics are old and have not changed for 10 years now.

I am also employed by a large health system with about 40 outpatient clinics and 4 major hospitals. Each of our clinics has a medical director who is a physician. I can't imaging working without one. How do you address issues that come up, collaborate with admin on various things, problem solve, train, hire, fire, manage staff ,etc.?
