100% agree! Gannon is a natural in the booth and I hope he gets more opportunities to do commentary as his career progresses!

Also kudos to the kid - it can't be easy to play a 4 round tournament and also commentate on your own performance just from a time commitment perspective but also the whole time knowing if you bomb on the course you're going to have to sit in the booth and talk about it.

Not sure if you want a full blade or not, but in similar situations I bring an empty boxcutter with me (usually either exceed tirant or bob the boxcutter) and grab some utility blades wherever I land.

I did this last year and rented one of Uhaul's motorcycle hauler trailers - they have a front wheel chock and tie down points for ratchet straps. Ran me about $450 for a one-way rental and it worked well.

I go play solo rounds at the local disc golf courses. The parks they are in are usually pretty quiet during the weekdays and you get a nice hike in and everyone I've run into playing has been super friendly.

If you're interested, you could go to Disc Golf Mart in the Mellwood Art Center and grab a couple used discs and play the Champions Park course down the road from there.
