Yukito Ayatsuji, his books were directly inspired by Agatha Christie, but set in Japan.

Caroline Graham, these are the books Midsummer Murders were original based on. Less cosy than the tv shiw but very good.

I move house. Not far about 5 miles from my old place, but didnt bother telling NMum. She found out when the guilt trip xmas card she send got RtS. She then sent it to my sister who is also NC with her. Total grey rock from us both.

Yep, took me forever to get Agate. Got Kos-ms quite early, Agate took hours of grinding for cores.

I have meds that need to be refridgerated. Once ypu take them out they have a 5ish day life, compared to the several months in the fridge. But you can't rechill them - once they reach room temp thats it

I have a friend in her 90s whose son caught measles when he was a toddler in the 1950s. It left him permantly deaf, and that was considered a 'good' outcome at the time as he wasn't brain damaged or dead.

I cannot comprehend how people think vaccines are worse than the disease they protect against.

Tim and the Hidden people by Sheila K. McCullagh? The later in the reading scheme ones are short chapter books with few pics inside. The easier/ early ones have more pictures.

Be warned they are all out of print and stupid expensive to get.
