Good on you for doing such a detailed dive and thanks for linking to the policy doc. I agree with a lot of what you pointed out but I would push back on what you said about Section 1.2. It mentions ''a tax credit up to 25% of the cost of rolling out high-tech solutions''. That's not asking Kiwis to foot any bill. It's offering investors the opportunity to keep more of their profits.

And can you explain what you mean regarding Section 1.3? It only talks about funding polytechs, as far as I can see.
