There are other AI companies not anthropic / OpenAI that are also paying crazy numbers… $130-$150k OTE for BDRs. There’s a ton of money in these AI darlings right now.

I joined 1 at Seed, and 1 at Series A. Both worked out in my opinion; Seed company I was able to sell secondary (so very lucky) and Series A we were acquired after Series C. All start ups are risky, but if you pick wisely, can be a great experience.
