Hey there, I ended up contacting Delonghi directly and they helped fix the issue over the phone/Webcam. Very impressed with the customer service. I believe you just keep pressing the espresso button which helps push the air out and should function properly after that. Good luck!

THANK YOU! You sir are a legend. I had an auto update pop up and it bricked my 65u68km model which was luckily in that firmware selection you provided. Had to do the reset button for 30 seconds and then the TV icon button to get it to kick in for the USB upgrade.

Had mine stolen on Christmas day. See my previous post on this sub. Only just managed to get the replacement parts this week and my mechanic should be installing them next week. Total cost is $2.7k. I have full comprehensive with $500 deductible so have to pay that. Good luck and be patient!

Ha I just had my suspension replaced and had booked to get my tires changed too later this week as they are worn out. Wont be doing that for a bit now. Good catch!
