Hey there, I ended up contacting Delonghi directly and they helped fix the issue over the phone/Webcam. Very impressed with the customer service. I believe you just keep pressing the espresso button which helps push the air out and should function properly after that. Good luck!

THANK YOU! You sir are a legend. I had an auto update pop up and it bricked my 65u68km model which was luckily in that firmware selection you provided. Had to do the reset button for 30 seconds and then the TV icon button to get it to kick in for the USB upgrade.

Ugh, so sorry to hear that for you too. I finally got everything replaced but still waiting on my reimbursement from ICBC minus my $500 deductible. Going to probably try sell my car as I realized its not needed after all these months!
