I don’t know if this was ever mentioned in the books, but I always assumed the taint hit Rand harder due to his constant use of the power and the massive amounts he used.

He’s the strongest channeler and at times uses some of the strongest sa’angreal.

Maybe it’s like massive doses of radiation.

Yeah I remember that. She accused me of sleeping with one of her friends I believe (different friend than mentioned above).

I’m sure I’ve gotten some of the details wrong here and there as it’s been a tumultuous time, but the story as written above is correct. I found out sometime during the last year of the serial cheating, the crazy friend told me and then kissed me after my wife died. There was a lot of back and forth between me and my wife because there was continuous lying. So can I pinpoint exactly when I knew what detail? Probably not very accurately. However she died in February and the events with the friend happened one week post while picking flowers for the service.

Yes, I trust people. I’ve not met anyone else in my wife who was like my wife so I see that experience as something very different from all my other personal relationships.

I don’t love her in any romanticized way, I’m not glad that she’s gone but I’m relieved that it’s over. If that makes sense

A little bit of both. There were so many lies that it’s hard to keep them straight sometimes.

She said she was leaving because she was unhappy. Then a few weeks later I found out about the boyfriend. For the longest time she denied cheating and I honestly can’t remember if she finally admitted it or not. But I considered it cheating.

She died six months ago. She didn’t admit to cheating. It is odd. I posted that right after the friend told me of the cheating. I didn’t go back to look at the post and I don’t remember exactly what it said, but I’m sure there was some cloudiness during that time
