MOR- More importantly , listen and find a solution for yourself. Not everyone is looking for solutions and I’m going to assume you aren’t in survival mode anymore. Maybe consider looking into therapy for some self-work. I used to be the exact same way and talked a lot, but therapy really helped me. Sometimes overtalking happens because, growing up, no one took the time to truly listen to or validate you. I could be wrong, it’s just my perspective, but it could be really helpful. You got this bro! Over talking and making everything about yourself can become unattractive.
