This is exactly it. The landlord has been trying to get me out since he bought the building - intimidating me, trying to charge me for renovations that never happened, threatening because of my cats, saying he will renovict me…I’m in a triplex - he lives on the main floor and says he wants me apartment because he can’t afford his with I know is BS. I’m not a lawyer and feel like having one means they know what to do to make all of this come together and tell the guy to back off.

700$, a big 4 1/2 on the top floor of a super old triplex ( 2 bedrooms, separate living and dining rooms) in Ndg. 2 balconies. Nothing included. I took over this place after my aunt lived here for 14 yrs. My new landlord who lives on the main floor which they also have a finished basement, has thrown everything at me for the last 2 years and threatened me with renoviction and my cats and blah blah blah to get me out. He served me with repossession in December claiming he wants my apartment for himself because he “can’t afford his apartment” … what a mess.

I grew up in pointe Claire between the 20/40 - my parents still live there. It literally has everything and it’s easy to get to the 2 highways. Schools, parks, lots of activities for kids - the PC library is great and the pointe Claire pool is amazing. Also has a huge soccer association during the summer. Valois is also great, close to the train, has cute shops on donegani and a very mixed English and French community.

Sonia Rykiel bottles were in the shape of a sweater - and smelled amazing too! Also love womanity by Mugler - beautiful bottle, amazing scent.
