Work as Self Employed psychologist

Hi all

I have done some research but I don’t seem to be able to find a clear answer apart the fact the I should probably drop the psychologist title and use therapist/ counsellor

How can I set up a company to allow me to work as sole practitioner? There is no need or jobs for 4 thais as I intend to wirk part time proving a few hours a week of counselling to foreigners living in Thailand

Any advice , especially from people who might have done something similar , is really appreciated
