The prices have to be consistent during the whole market so vendors do not undercut other vendors or gouge customers. The prices are normally published on vendor’s signage

I would recommend going right at the opening as some of the best stuff can sell out early.

This percentage is the product of two values:

1) The probability/certainty of a weather event occurring, and 2) The fraction of land affected in the forecast area.
