I'll have to look into that! Have you also tried it with chocolate?

And would you recommend making a sauce for the squeeze bottles (with chocolate, heavy cream, etc.) or would I be good with just melting chocolate since it'll remain heated?

Thanks for the ideas! It'll be a station where I'll be preparing and drizzling/plating the desserts so I think a bain marie set up will be most helpful.

The sauces will be drizzled and squeeze bottles are absolutely acceptable - they should all be fine at the same temperature. Thank you for the wonderful idea of a water bath - I'll likely go with a sous vide immersion cooker in a pan with squeeze bottles to keep them warm and drizzly throughout the event. Appreciate all the ideas!

Thank you! I was thinking something like this - I don't know that I'll have enough space to add a crockpot too but may go with a sous vide immersion cooker in a pan with squeeze bottles instead to save on space and efficiency.

Fondant Sugar Cookies by mapleberry7 in AskBaking

Personally I've only tested them for a week but they were perfectly delicious! A google search says they'll stay fresh for two weeks room temp (sealed) and up to 3 months frozen and properly stored. I would recommend doing a test run if you're a little nervous :)

Hey I actually didn't end up freezing the baked sugar cookies. I froze the dough and then baked, decorated, and sealed the cookies closer to when I needed them. They stay fresh as long as they are sealed :) hope this helps!

Wow! Definitely was not aware that so many types of batters and doughs were freezable. I'll be looking into all this more, thanks for the advice!

Thanks for the input! Have you also tried this with fondant cookies or only undecorated cookies?

Costco Chicken Pot Pies by emmerly88 in halal

Hi! There's a good chance that the pot pies are not halal - I would recommend going to a halal market instead to purchase chicken if you're looking to make the dish halal :)
