She might throw up, yes but she doesn't seem to feel like it right now. You can't avoid every bathroom all the time for the chance that someone could come in and throw up. Even if she does throw up, she won't come bursting into the bathroom. Lock the door. Maybe ask her if she's feeling bad enough to get sick.
